1. Product Quality & Sourcing
What does "Animal Based" mean? +

We provide natural food products and supplements derived from high-quality animal sources. Our focus is on nutrient-dense nutrition, free from inflammatory seed oils and artificial preservatives.

Are your products Halal? +

Yes, absolutely. We ensure that all our raw materials (beef/animal-based) are sourced and processed in strict accordance with Halal slaughtering and hygiene standards.

What is the shelf life of the products? +

Since our products are natural and free from artificial preservatives, shelf life varies:

  • Beef Tallow: Lasts 6-12 months at cool room temperature. Can last significantly longer if stored in the refrigerator or freezer.

Tip: Always use a clean, dry spoon to scoop the product to prevent mold or contamination.

Is shipping safe for these products? +

Yes, it is very safe. We use food-grade packaging that is tightly sealed and protected with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure the product arrives in prime condition, even for long-distance deliveries.

2. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order? +

Simply choose the products you want from our catalog, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before confirming.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept a variety of secure, automatically verified payment methods, including Bank Transfers (Virtual Account), QRIS, and E-Wallets.

Can I cancel my order? +

Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't entered the packaging or shipping process. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Shipping
When will my order be shipped? +

Orders placed before 14:00 WIB (2 PM) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Which shipping couriers do you use? +

We work with trusted local carriers (such as JNE, J&T, SiCepat, etc.). You can select your preferred option at checkout.

4. Returns & Complaints
What if the item I receive is damaged? +

We offer a replacement guarantee if the error lies with us or the shipping process.

Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an Unboxing Video (uncut recording while opening the package). Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery as per courier tracking.

Can I get a refund? +
