Moosh only serves customers located in Bali (Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar, and surrounding regions accessible by instant couriers). We do not ship to other islands or internationally at this time.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately upon payment verification.
• Dispatch: We aim for rapid dispatch via instant couriers to ensure maximum freshness.
• Operating Days: We ship from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed outside operational hours will be processed the next business day.

To maintain product integrity in Bali’s tropical climate, we use:

Rates are calculated based on the distance from our location in Denpasar Selatan to your address. The total cost is displayed at checkout (or confirmed by admin for WhatsApp orders).

Heat Sensitivity: Beef tallow is sensitive to heat. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package immediately.

We recommend refrigerating the product immediately upon arrival. We are not liable for spoilage if packages are left unattended outdoors or with security for extended periods.
