Nature of Goods: We specialize in beef tallow and animal-based food products. As our products are artisanal and natural, slight variations in color, texture, or consistency may occur between batches. This is a characteristic of natural ingredients and is not considered a defect.

Temperature Sensitivity: You acknowledge that beef tallow is sensitive to temperature. While we take every precaution during shipping, we are not liable for changes in texture (melting or solidifying) that occur during transit due to the tropical climate of Indonesia. Such changes do not affect the nutritional quality or safety of the product.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis, especially for orders outside our safe delivery zones in Bali.

Not Medical Advice: The content on this site, including product descriptions regarding animal-based diets or beef tallow benefits, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Allergens: Please review the product ingredients carefully. Customers with specific severe allergies should consult a physician before consumption.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email, WhatsApp, or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Delivery: We offer delivery via internal couriers and third-party services (Gojek/Grab). Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

Payment: We accept various payment methods as displayed on our checkout page. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made in full to the courier upon receipt of the goods.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with the legal jurisdiction of the Denpasar District Court.
